Keeping the trailer and it's review aside, the trailer has now become one of the most disliked videos in the world with more than 11 Million Dislikes (adding the dislikes on 2 Channels). The 2018 Youtube Rewind video holds the Guinness Record of Most Disliked Video on the planet with 18 Million dislikes. Following it, there's Justin Bieber's Baby Video Song with 11.5 Million Dislikes. Now, Sadak 2 which is disliked for its controversy on Nepotism in Bollywood has become the third most disliked video on the planet. It is also to be noted that Sadak 2 is the only Indian video to be featured on the Top 10 Most Dislike Videos of the World.
