Except for Salary Account, none of the private banks are offering 0 balance savings account

I hv a 0 balance account in HDFC and AXIS bank.....

If u open priority account with 200000rs than they never charge u even ur balance is 0

I have my demat ac in HDFC bank and it linked with salary account but I left that company and now annual charge of 3000 is pending . I thought to invest this year but current my economic situation is not well so now closing it

Yeah at least 1000 Rs. needed but if Bank wants you can open with 0 balance.

But private bank will never allow you to open an account with zero balance only some govt banks give that facility

I have a zero balance account luckily with pvt bank
