I was getting this error on Channel 201—231, cartoon network, 9xm and many others.
The 2nd point in this error msg asked to switch to channel no. 100 and wait for 1minute. I did it but nothing happened. I restarted the box from main switch nothing happened. Refreshed my account still no success.
Finally I called customer care, he told me that some sort of technical work is going on(sir upar se hi error hai ye kuchh kaam chal raha hai.)

He asked me to wait for few seconds and the error msg was gone.
