HELP Signal issue in Airtel

hey guys. this is regarding Airtel HD . please have a look at the image below.
am i getting enough signals? are you guys getting the same signal level or is it higher than this?

and one more question , whats the different between signal Strength and signal quality? please give me your ideas. thanks.

signal strenght n signal quality does not matter et al.
yesterday was raining in my area, both the sgnal strenght n quality was in red

E-02-03 was there n mine pq n aq was good and was as usual as it was to be.

That's More than Enough Bro. Sometimes it even goes all red, but it won't have any impact on the quality.
