Even in Summer it won't be easy to walk daily.

In a city like mumbai everyone plans to leave as early as possible to avoid traffic and reach office on time. So, in such rush its really difficult to have a walk in the morning.

I take walk after dinner.

Doctor says walk after dinner bro. Before dinner walk is already done while coming back to home. Also i make a gap of 1 hour between food and fruit.

yup,. one or two hours gap is need in between.
