Mazi bro,the speed is low in the evenings and also the busiest time as most of the people access network in this time only.
But the speed goes upto 7.1 mbps except 6-9 pm.

i have become used to it and avoid using net during those hours. but after 8 pm the speed goes upto 800 kpbs which is enough for browsing. anyways i dont hv laptop and this is my frd's net connection.
for download, 700mb file takes max 30 min in non peak hours.
