Same like DVD player, old player begin playing from start but new player start playing from same resume point remove that casset. Tata sky doing very well in all segment only behind in channels count, hope soon they get Gsat 10 if not then dark futre of tata sky.......

How to download software manually?

When ur stb is on, close it from the Main Power without Switching Off from remote.
After some time switch on stb from mains and when 'please wait initializing' comes on screen, press BACK button twice and then press 2465. Software will start downloading.

I had tried the same from yesterday 4 times but none of the time it worked. It gives that code........As said by some I also try to put stb on channel no 100 for 10 minutes but NO LUCK.

I too not got... If we keep for 10 mins in Channel 100 will the software be downloaded?

I havent not tried this.

I have done the procedure that i have described in upper post and i succeeded at 1st try
