My HD 3333-RF STB was on standby (red light) last night this morning I got message in a transparent window saying that Software Download Completed and can return to watching your normal programming.
But STB DID, Boot & Loader Version are SAME as Before; DID 22, Boot 3.1 & Loader version 2
I tried rebooting my STB and still the DID, Boot & Loader Versions are same as 6 months ago
So what happened? Did it not install the downloaded software?
If the download process had failed I would have got a failure message?
What should I do?
