HELP Software downloading issue in HD 6666RF STB

The download completes upto 100% and then starts downloading again. This thing is happening 7th time now, almost 1 hour passed since this loop is continuing.

Called customer care. They first asked me to wait for 30 minutes when I told them it's already 30 minutes then those dubfuffs told me to wait for 4 hours.
Engineer visit will cost 200 rs and extra charges if stb replacement would be needed.

Is there anything else I can do here?

if i am not wrong, the software update must have crashed the hardware or incapability of the hardware. It is better to replace the stb

4th day without TV.
No response from Nodal office. They don't even pick calls.

Twitter support replied this after 3 days -
"Thank you for writing to Videocon d2h. We would like to inform you that as per our discussion with you through customer care team your software booting issue has been resolved."

Noone from d2h has even contacted me yet and the complaints are being closed.
Already mailed to CEO yesterday.
Will complaint on pgportal today.

Poor service. This is not the d2h I knew.
