I bought a 4k box few days back & i m still on the old software dated 2015, i tried forced OTA(hold reset & hard power box) got instructions from CC but its not downloading, stuck at 0% & after 15 mins goes back to the Home channel, anyone here can help me in getting the file so i can do a manual update, i want to use the pvr function but can't cause the out of the box firmware doesn't support it, I have been running in circles between the CC & service center guys, help would be great.
