Update Solar Outage in DTH and Television Channels

AFAIK there is no special time period of outage and we might also not face any outage since its depends on how straight the rays is towards the earth, also DTH can face outage twice one from Broadcaster, second from their own reception.

Here happened with HD channels.....

It happens within time range and if DTH can face outage then we can too. The sun goes directly behind the satellite and hence the interference occurs.
