Yes every other broad caster is having issues with dish tv so even I think they are some what responsible for this

Infact dishtv is the one who approaches TDSAT to disband this JV system

I think that will signed in a temporary basis. I am not sure but I got to know that SONY MAX 2 is available in the base pack till 31st March and 1 key thing is written in the article is about timing still its not confirmed when JV will broke at 1st Jan 2015 or 1st April 2015 ? It means somewhat d2h s contract with One Alliance will be expires in 31st March.

Also Discovery and SONY s breakout happened because of sharing. According to the article SONY wants the 84 % share of this JV and obviously Discovery denied.

no,Sony owns 74% and rest is by discovery and the rule is no foreign companies can hold more than 25% in media houses.

Yes they're but its a another excuse made by SONY that they want more share hence breakout.

Whenever a dispute between broadcasters and Service providers, it has been found that Broadcaster is at fault. But since we can't approach them we start blaming operators who are already pissed off with double taxation and space issues.
