This is really great news. I will try it today.

That's nice. I am waiting for Jio TV to be added in Chromecast too.
I don't think JioTV will be added to chrome cast. The reason being is while playing YouTube video thru chromecast, the video is directly fetched from Internet on cast instead through your phone. So for JioTV to be used with cast, you will have to have cast connected to jio network since JioTV can only be watched on jio network.

yeah. That's right. so if someone is using Jio as WiFi can only be used to cast. I don't think this will be a bigger challenge.
It is not like something impossible but natively people are using broadband from providers except jio and most of the people have cast hooked up with home router. Once they commence ftth service it will be more suitable otherwise adoption rate will be very very low.

people like me are using Chromecast on Jio Network only bhai and not on FTTH. but in their JioFi.
Im Bro jio apps working on non jio network.
