this is because Dish has put down *tems & condition factor in deal f not providing the 'So' channel to other dth for next 1 month by adding more money...That resulted B.C are not agreeing certainly at certain points with other dths while making deal.As deal cost gets increased beyond certain limit for certain days by B.C.Also they go on bullish in making money seeing the factor that other dth will now would make hurry at any cost to push that channel on their platform to.
