If my guess is correct remaining DTH also will follow the same ala carte price.Now Dish TV is implementing might be the contract has been done.Next turn would be the other DTH.Zee and Star also in the same path to give their channels as ala carte.Already hathway is giving like this because their contract has been finished and now they are implementing this new ala carte way.
