HELP Sony SAB HD not working

Hello All,
I have HD pack activated. All the HD channels are working fine except Sony SAB HD.
I always get B001 error. I tried contacting customer care 3 months back but they said, it's in testing phase and not yet rolled out for everyone.
Do anyone face this issue?
Any solution?

BOO1 error show up, when the signal is not available or poor. If a certain Channel is not available error 4 is displayed, not error 1.

Are you sure, u getting all the other Channels..?

Finally got this channel working.
Our society has common dish antenna. Airtel guys installed new common antenna because of new transponder which is needed for new channels.
They have also upgraded my box to HEVC one.
