The main problem is the delay in programming when aired in India, as compared to the US live event.
Almost a delay of 3-5 weeks is there.

Wwe has improved a lot. They are showing monday night raw on Thursday and Friday night smackdown on Friday itself with difference of few hours.

And also pay per view matches are now shown on the next day (Monday) @ 5 PM...

Vince says he has no plans of buying TNA, bcoz its not a threat to their company as of now.
As and when TNA will grow big, Vince sure will buy... before it gets out of hand.
