Forget those rules about implimenting Ganesh , u might remember in other forum we tried a lot to impliment but failed.
Actually the problem is many of those posting in All Caps/Big Fonts r used of posting in other forums. Those forums r not intrested even though its in their rules thread. We cant change the mentality members of posting in All Caps /Big /colored fonts. Even few Team members also happy with Big /Colored/All Caps .

By the way, you can convert uppercase to lowercase during displaying the post. It may be done at scripting level.
