I wanted to take South Value Sports 12M pack, but the CC tells me I can't do that and only take up the monthly pack for that as I am in Maharashtra.

Did you try online portal?
The online portal is a complete mess. Bro as of now it is down and when it is working, It is showing many south packs but not the south value sports.

Yup, online portal is not user friendly and one needs to be careful on selecting them and what about with higher official?
I will call Nodal on Monday since they don't work on weekends i guess.
nodal not helping either. They say that South packs are not available for ROI customers. Although i can have south mega, south ultra.
call cc n change ur pack to south pack on monthly basis.
after having south pack on monthly basis, u can change it to Advance Rental Packs via ur self portal.
