HELP Spdif/Optical out problem

Please provide the optical cable plug snaps using for tata sky as I have a doubt I am using mini plug to mini plug whereas tata sky set top box is compatiable for toslink

This is which I am presently using

As I am living in a small city it is not easy for me to go and purchase in shop but I have to book through online thats why I am asking your views.
