I wait for this channel to be added in my Magnum HD pack , but it wont happened

Then i have activated as topup in Rs.30/pm, Its not added in any base pack because my friend also have magnum HD pack but he is still not getting this channel.

it is available for high end (23 HD channels) new packages which means greater than dec 14.
