Don't know what they gonna offer in dishtv SL, Dialog and other Service Providers having much more channels and service to offer then dish.

Q. When is Dish TV launching its Sri Lanka operations? How much investment will be made in that?

We have already received the required licence for Sri Lanka operations. Investment is in the range of $3–4 million. We don’t think there is any requirement of a price war as our offerings are going to be unique and we would stand out from our competitors.

even dish is supporting star with regard to RIO and to push ARPU.

He said because STAR gone for RIO terms to increase their ARPU obviously by putting those channels into base pack, price increase of MSOs and DTH also looking to increase the base pack because its a Premium Service. His contention was DTH's monthly price should always higher then MSO and not similar like current scenario.
