Update Star Channels available free On request A-la-carte

Hi everyone. As per dishtv customer care email its possible to get some the star channels available in base pack if requested. I requested for STAR PLUS, STAR WORLD, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC,FOX CRIME, FOX LIFE, STAR MOVIES, STAR MOVIES ACTION & NATIONAL GEO WILD. Except Nat Geo Wild and Star movies Action all where activated.
The rest of the two they say
" Star Movies Action, Nat Geo Wild, Star Gold and Movies OK have been removed from the base package package due to increase of input cost of the channel so we are forced to provide the mentioned channels as paid a-la-carte. "

Please mention your pack too because ORA varies according to Base Pack.

Point to be noted : " Increase in Input cost of the channel " .

So, its clear that the married couples are not happy and they will remain married only on papers with lack of romance.

Enjoy a-la-carte channels. If situation didn't improved in next 1 month then it will remain like this for next 1-2 years.

And suddenly dishtv is not happy because STAR is not taking any initiative to give their Sports channel to dish. Even STAR INDIA and STAR SPORTS having no time to reply about STAR SPORTS 2 addition in dishtv.

I am using South platinum pack, i hope who ever getting whatever star channels which was deactivated recently should get again through ORA

When these broadcaster and operators don't have any justified reason, they prefer to ignore us by not replying.

Let others too try the same. If these are available as ORA for all then its great and no loss.

Yes that's right. I am happy that dishtv customer care has improved enough they replied me as said with 24 hours

When these broadcaster and operators don't have any justified reason, they prefer to ignore us by not replying.

I mailed STAR INDIA and STAR SPORTS twice and thrice time about STAR SPORTS channels issue in dishtv and they didn't replied me and removal of STAR channels of the base pack is also one of the reason because STAR is also very arrogant.

Next time mark a CC copy to some I&B ministry official ID too. Let's see how they react.
