Yes they add it, in the replacement of ETV MP, ETV UP, ETV BIHAR they add SAMAY MP, SAMAY UP and BIG MAGIC BIHAR but they don't give the replacement of ETV URDU
before dispute of indicast and dish tv. Dish tv had appeal to all dth operators to take same route for all dth for add any carriage base channel. Means no exclusivity in channels addition, if channel agree to pay carriage fee for all dth then it will get added otherwise not on any dth. Dish tv was expectin this atleast from airtel, and d2h but they denied to do same. Dish tv's point of view was that one channel pays lot of carriage fee to septicular dth to launch its channel but then other dth customer demand it so operator forced to do so and from this other operator not get same carriage fee.
Dishtv talks to form a JV by which they will get the huge amount of carriage fee from Broadcaster and it will be equally share like if Broadcaster giving carriage fee to 3 different DTH so by forming a JV they will get carriage fee once and it gets equally divided. I think this dishtv will kill you guys also that reason you all are worry.
but unofficially they can run this jv easily by not launching any carriage base channel only on one dth. They can give any official reason behind this and simple reason to not add carriage channel is space crunch if Suppose channel appeal in TDSAT.
