I always had the same question too, why is that when it comes to the Indian feed, they dump all the garbage and have the worst graphics, like why? Are we desis that bad?

Remember the days when Star TV used to be FTA from Asiasat 3s? For advert free stuff we used to check the other feeds, sometimes it was worth it watching those other feeds.

I have also small setup of satellites and when i watch international channel, they have great content

It take time to get same content on Indian channels

I am slowly phasing out my dishes, IPTV is the next phase. Once bandwidth starts becoming faster and more widespread in the subcontinent the cablewalas will be in deep trouble.
