If they start adding each and every channel then their profit will reduce because of HD Access Fee, I already said its about business decision, only one FOX Life HD now available to lower base pack rest AXN HD and this CC HD will be in higher base pack, so surely HD Access Fee price will never increase but they will add premium channels more then common one. So that people forced to moved to higher pack just to get 2 - 3 HD channels extra.

This is also point but the actual point is space constant bro.They dont have space to add all channels like dish TV so they are utilizing very clevery and adding those channels which can give huge profit to TS.

Yes.. They are only looking for adding channels which would be part of higher packages. If any channel which gets added in lower base packs, then that would be a carriage fee based channel. So, in both ways TS would be earning

Well they have invested a lot in providing free MPEG4 boxes, so they are making sure that they will earn both from broadcasters as well as subscribers for each channel addition

Yes they may replace both Star Alias hd with SMS Hd and CC HD
