As Star Plus re-works on its programming strategy, it has confirmed that it will be tweaking the Star Plus Dopahar slot this month.
It was revealed this week on BizAsiaLive.com, ‘Saathiya’ will be bidding adieu to viewers on Sunday 23rd July and will see ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ move out of Star Plus Dopahar to the primetime 7pm slot from Monday 24th July. On this day itself, ‘Dhhai Kilo Prem’ will move to the vacant 1pm slot from the current 2pm telecast.
The channel is also expected to move shows around further to fill the 2pm gap. ‘Love Ka Hai Intezaar’, which sits in the 2:30pm slot could possibly move to 2pm to ensure the 12:30pm – 2:30pm timeband remains original.
