Zee hasn't claimed they have bought.Zee claims that they had bought 6 music channels from 9X Media including 9X Bajao. It's mean this channel is still alive. So, I add this channel name on Zee's existing channels bucket.
They have just said that Zee had signed a definitive agreement. Such agreements take time to finalise and complete the process. Till then Zee has no control on 9x channels

Zee acquire 9X Media for 160 crs. Meaning is same bro. They had not donate 160 crs, they payed it for buying those channels. If you buy something, u have to pay for this. Same thing is here.
Cute Riju, in corporate "going to acquire" and "acquired" has different meaning.
160 crore is the agreed price and not paid.
So till all's no complete nothing is considered complete. Permissions approval and many formalities are required and in any stage there could be a roadblock.

for going to acquire to acquired is a very very long process and 50 percent of the times couldn't happen
