No not sure because they have many cricket broadcasting rights too. So,it might be a mix of both cricket and football.

But i think different.It may shift hindi feed (india int.)and all indian domestic matches to this channel.

Actually at this point of time there are many possibilities. May be they would dedicate this channel for Indian matches. Because Indian are concerned about their country matches. So, to make this channel a HIT, they might go as you have said.
