Surprising.......why they are talking like this channel is present only in Platinum HD pack and you have to get it through Al-Carte by paying an amount of 45rpm......

I think these CC peoples are so innocent that they are not informed about actual SS HD 3 addition. So they informed me with wrong info that the channel is only available in Platinum HD. But now I clarified with the Nodal Officer. He told me that the channel will be added within next 4 hours and I got the channel later in yesterday evening in my pack without paying for SS HD 3 as al-carte.

why do we need ala carte when the channel is supposed to be on the base pack itself. Second thing is the CCs are luring the CC to opt highest pack.

They will add HD4 for sure, TP space cruch would have postponed the decision but they should have added HD4 currently instead of HD3. Hindi customers of Cricket wouldn't have minded watching the matches in SD but Football fans won't spare them

They don't have space issue. SSHD4 not added may be because of costly offer from Star otherwise d2h is always ahead in adding sports channels

Its not it all base pack and still there are many who opt for a la carte and not base pack.
