This is an encouraging sign for D2h.
Also I need some help here, the addition of these two channels is not listed on my STB.
Model: HD 2244RF
S/W : Release TV ATV2.2.27.26

I know if I go into the settings and manually scan, the list gets updated in case of a channel addition. My questions is why doesn't it update by itself?
Anything I should do in the settings to let it happen automatically?

Most probably it will be automatic but the addition had some issue some the same model got automatic some not it s from there side nit in our box boz I have 4 with same model 3 got automatic one i need to scan it manually, registered a complaint will be resolved before next addition
