As SUNIEL said, no channel can be launched without acquiring downlink license from MIB. They have to shell out a good fee amount too for acquiring license.

Govt Website is not regularly updated as no one would have complained against them.

We should demand a updated list from them.

Will said channel be available to subscribers of starting from Supreme Sports Kids Pack alike MTunes, who paid HD access fee? B'coz Star World Premier HD doesn't have SD version. Or to English Entertainment pack subscribers only?
