Unfair Policy or in other words Cheating Mega HD customers


Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a very old subscriber of TS and I have 8 active connections in 2 ids(). And both the ids run Mega HD pack. I subscribed to the pack and it was told to me that I will get all the channels except Topper and all new channels will be free to me. But yesterday you have added Star World Premiere HD and as per the policy of Mega pack you are supposed to give that free to me. But to my surprise I am not getting the channel. So I have a chat via your online chat facility. I was informed that as It is added as Add on pack and I have to pay to get the channel and its a special channel like topper.

Now my question is how is this fair? On time of subscribing to MEGA HD, I was told that I will get all channels except Topper and all new added channels will be available free of cost to me. Now all of a sudden, you are calling this special and not providing me the channel. This is cheating. What's the guarantee then you will not call ESPN HD special from tomorrow? You can charge me for the channel after my this Mega Pack subscription ends. But not now as on time of my subscription, there was only one special channel mentioned and i.e. Topper. You can't ask for extra within contact period. What's the meaning of "PRICE PROTECTION FOR 1 YEAR" then?

So please activate the channel on on the both the ids.

Got an SMS stating that my request has been completed of adding Star World HD premiere channel....

I had sent across mail to ceo, help, nodalofficer and ccoo...

CCOO office people know me ...by looking onto my email they have activated this channel 30 mins before...and they also called and informed that this channel will be free of cost for me till my mega south hd expiry.....my meg pack expires on 3rd dec 2013....

Wow, another stupid act of Tata Sky. All those who are writing to CEO are getting it activated and those sending mails as per their own process to customer care and nodal are not getting the correction.
