They are completing deviating from their policies, so, I don't think speaking to some CC executive will yield any result.
We have to directly knock doors of their top officials along to news media and TRAI officials.
Either they should follow their words or issue an public apology saying that they were stupid and shortsighted while making their rules and policy.

They might show a documents signed by both parties that it shouldn't be added on any base pack and only as add on!

They even can't call it a special service. It's must be registered as a channel and license must be acquired according to that only. If they are calling it service, this is their 2nd crime.
That's their problem. Before taking advance rentals from mega hd users they should have thought of it or should have kept a clause for this. But this was not there previously.

Calm down guys. I am very sure TS did their legal homework before doing anything like this. There is hardly any legal way (even if it is, none of us is going to sue them for just Rs. 60pm).
Better alternative is to troll their twitter handle and flood customer support calls/emails to nodal officers/emails to ceo with our request. You never know the power of unity until you see it in action.

And I have noticed they are calling SWPremiere as their specials?
They may eventually downgrade it from specials, and maybe then you can expect it together with Mega pack.

It doesn't matter how strong they are legally but if they started messing around with customers they won't remain famous in market for long.
Now it depends upon them whether they want to be defamed because one channel or make its customer happy as always.

In that Topper is only special as mentioned. And now they are telling this special. Then what's the guarantee that tomorrow they will not call ESPN HD special.
