English serials have one story per episode and not like tamil mega serials which runs for 4 years.
English produces 22 or 23 episodes for a year and each has different storylines. So you dont have to follow everytime.
i suggest you to watch Spartacus and prison break. Beware dont watch spartacus with whole family as it contains sexual and graphic contents.

Really agree .. also it seems bit different from other regular channels.. not like Zee TV launching more movie channels day by day and showing same movies across
