Update starting malayalam 2 topup????????

please confirm what does this topup means

no channel in the topup now

may be new topup with reporter addition
but never seen airtel adding such topup on customers topup list without subscription request

hell i taught they are adding new malayalam channel(reporter)
now they updated channel list by adding other malayalam channels which were later free in base packs(not in topups)


FOC provisioning top up:

airtel didnt add kochu tv even they are creating additional topup in malayalam
(i think they are removing malayalam channels from base pack and are going to make it under 2 topups)
