Also bjp is in hurry to form govt in manipur and goa as the mandate in goa was against bjp people voted against them but still they are forming the govt with the help of smaller parties which will not last long as we have seen before

They have option but the smaller parties want parrikar as CM so he is quitting his important portfolio and coming back as cm
