Yup. If somethings changes it would be surprising. Atleast I am expecting Jaylalitha to support the govt in Rajya Sabha for clearing bills.

I dont think there will be anti incumbency in WB and TN

Still BJP is struggling to find coalition partner and waiting at AMMA's home for the invitation.

In order for BJP to have majority in RS, it needs to win max states, or as I have said have sizable MLAs. Then only bills can be passed.
