STB Issue

Does the STB get jammed if not used for some months? I had disconnected my airtel stb and put it in almira for few months, now that i have reconnected it then its showing No signal error despite all connections being proper.

Just want to ask that what should i do and is it common for stb to behave like this if not used for few months?

You don't know ? Yup because of Cold some time Moisture come if no sunlight then use 5W or 10W Bulb.

No bro my stb has been on for many hours, its already heated

Do it once buddy your box won't be get required heat by switching it on even for 24hrs but with sunlight it will be heat up and easily finish all moisture with required Temp.

OK, will try it but i don't think it is due to moisture. I believe if STB is not used for many months and then reconnected then it gives issue. Just need confirmation

is the STB completely dead and even not powering on or only signals are missing ?

No bro, its showing ''No Signal'' error despite all things like dish alignment, lnb skew, connections being proper

I think a account refresh from airtel side might solve this issue. Once Mazi bro was also having this issue and refresh worked.
