STB Problem

Yes for me tata sky and airtel have good stb followed by d2h and dish tv

Dishtv stb and sw r way better than d2h..

I know that. I have seen Dish TV STB too. Nothing to be so proud of Dish TV STB and EPG dude.

I am not proud on buddy I am saying dishtv don't give any flexibility like d2h to update software by there own

So if one getting problem will have to change its STB or put into hot area to get rid from moisture

Thanks all for your replies. I have placed an upgrade request and within 4 hrs they replaced the SD STB with truHD+ for 599. They provided the free HDMI cable also. truHD+ box is having HDMI as well as AV out option.

I have 2.1 audio system. I have connected the HD box to TV through HDMI cable. Can I connect audio speakers to HD box through AV out option with the cable provided? I tried but it seems I am not getting sound through AV out.

d2h STB itself generate so much of hotness that moisture has no place in it

Check at Guide Settings whether 5.1 is already enabled or not. If yes then changed it to no.

Cool then, also dishtv is not like DTH to me I consider them satellite based cable operator

So there is no place where we feel proud to owns it
