HELP stb software name

we have an mpeg2 stb but i dont know the name of the software and stb, does any one please help me based on the below images ,,
and also i would like to update the software .. please help.

you will be able to update the software of your STB only if the same is released either by the STB manufacturer or operator.

That is correct but i want the name of the software,our receiver is cloned it is not having stb name and model no. it is made with fujitsu chipset. around 10 year old . is it possible to flash new software to this? please help me.
