u need to call cc for avail this pack or u can done by portal as Mr bhat said.

That's so dumb yaar of these DTH service provider. Even d2h is similar dumb. There also one have to 1st request for plan change and then recharge. Same here in Tata Sky.

In telecom one have to just recharge and plan is automatically be activated.

Anyways called CC and got the plan changed but even after plan changed, due date expiry notification is still there .

And I haven't got the recharge confirmation too.
