Stupid award. Akosha is no better than any consumer complaint agency. All hype created by Akosha is just to make more money.

I have never found Akosha useful. It's better to contact officials directly than going through a 3rd party complaint portal like Akosha.

I read somewhere that they charge processing fee & other variable charges.....& they must be getting money from some companies they engage with......

Yeah they charge money from various telecom and dth companies to give them access to complaints registered on their website.

So, it can't be ruled that they must be taking money to post baised blogs and reports.
