I am not sure about Time line. In some important channels, ADTV definitely waits for Market reaction & adds the channels. Its very cautious & calculative on this. That's what I know.

Now they are changing LCN of english entertaintment on 18-02-14
No news for Tamil channels, may be after 18th feb
