Seems difficult. ZEE has a monopoly kind of scene in Marathi.
It makes marathi movie, distribution is done by it, promotion by its channels Zee Marathi/Yuva/Talkies/24tas. Now it also has 9x Jhakaas and Big FM to promote the movies. Music channels/FM following audiences has now come under Zee's reach. Additionally they also have a weekly magazine Zee Marathi Disha.

According to some sources, Sun Network's upcoming Marathi channel is Suraj TV & their upcoming Bengali channel is Ravi/Bhanu TV

Suraj TV for marathi is not possible at all..
Suraj is not a Marathi word then why will Sun start a marathi channel with an Hindi name?
