I didn't understand this. If a person has already subscribed to HD Access Fees last month @ Rs 175. And its validity say ends on 15th April. How can he take this offer of Rs 5 HDAF for one month if he already subscribed to Rs 175 ??? Can he drop that pack before one month and take this Offer ???

If there is no locking period one can easily drop it. I have done this with HBO Combo offer.
