Btw U can change your remote to universal remote if possible.

Called CC and they denied giving me Universal Remote. Not only that they denied giving me their Tollfree number and kept my call on hole for 4 minutes.

So, 1st interaction with CC didn't went well. Looks like i have to drag them to TRAI for non-availability of Toll-Free number.

That's a tolled number Sir. and i think free only from MTNL and BSNL.

only 1800 series is Toll Free.
