hi friends, moderators and IM bro

wish you all belated happy diwali. i spoke to customer care regarding addition of channels for diwali. they told due to technical problem they were not able to add the channels tamil channels j movies and raj digital plus. anyone aware of this. please share. else this thread may be closed.

We have already discussed abt this rajaraman1977 bro in many threads. d2h is having space issue. So, channel addition will happen only after another channel is removed.

So, wait for removal , then new channels will be added.

sorry iam very disappointed with your channel additions. not worth at all. many dth operators have more transponders for SD channels alone and you are the one with least transponders and that too 6 transponders for SD and 2 transponders for HD. Simply by providing highest number of HD channels you cannot claim that you are the number one. it has to apply to SD channels as well. now you are in a position that if any channel has to be added, you will either remove or put an existing channel to active service or the channel broadcaster has to stop operation for you to enable to add new channel (example Sadana TV). Highly disappointed. i made mistake. so i will continue with your service till april 2013 since i have made long term payment unfortunately. if you are not able to meet customers demands then please dont claim you as number one position bcoz of highest number of HD channels.
