Big difference between strategies of Videocon d2h and Tata Sky
Tata Sky believes in just earning money without caring a damn about customer requests. They just spend lavishly on ads, attract customers, launch premium channels/services without even properly catering to SD and HD customers as they don't add the desired channels. They r so far behind in SD and HD channel count . But still as i say show Tata Sky the money and they will create space otherwise they have standard rona dhona of not having bandwidth, i just hate their strategy. They will launch UHD and focus on earning more money without even adding the required SD and HD chs
While Videocon d2h moves forward step by step , first they catered fully to Standard Definition customers and added so many channels which they r still continuing , same happened with HD and their HD channels count is still growing, now they r moving to UHD but they will give equal focus on all. This is the reason of their success, Giving Max at Lowest Cost and continuosly adding to each segment
