Vh1 HD has no licence till now. But it will surely come once it gets officially launched. Regarding 9XO , well i guess tata sky's deal with Viacom18 won't let it come. 9X group has tried a lot but failed

Im getting total 35 HD channels in my pack and subscribed SWP HD and HBO HDs channels along with it, so total im getting 38 HD channels.

Nope. Its a la carte based special ad free channel, it is not available in any pack of any dth.
